Safety is our first and most important core value. The full-time safety department includes electrical and civil safety specialists who provide guidance on each project. We engage in forums alongside partners and suppliers to improve safety standards industry-wide and always seek opportunities to learn and improve. Ultimately, it’s about doing what’s right for our partners, team members, and the general public.

Ongoing Safety & Technical Training empowers our team to meet the highest safety standards while adapting to advances in regulation and technology. Continuous education affirms our commitment to provide above and beyond service.
Quality Assurance
We cultivate a culture of quality through ongoing training, education, and strong mentors. Data from the field and feedback from team members directly inform policy and best practices. Leading insights are shared across in-person and virtual trainings, on-site coaching, daily tailboards, and weekly safety meetings.
Quality Control
Every member of our team takes responsibility for quality control and self-inspection is encouraged. MGE crews complete construction checklists in the field. Foremen adhere to strict standards. Analytics from quality audits measure trends, identify improvement areas, and develop Standard Operating Procedures.
